If you’ve noticed my silence…yep, you’re right. I stepped away from writing this newsletter for quite some time.
I want to be honest with you.
Running a business, creating content, designing, coaching…it’s amazing work, but it’s also exhausting. Over the past months, I’ve burned out more than once. I realized my way of working wasn’t sustainable. I was trying to do everything alone, and ironically, forgetting to “be my own design team”.
I’ve been rethinking how I work, how I show up, and how I can help you even better, without running myself into the ground.
What’s new with me
We’ve got more than 400 students in the UX Portfolio Course, where I answer any questions and give portfolio feedback in the community. Recently, I’ve also shared some portfolio examples from my amazing students. You can join too! There’s a discount for you at the end of this newsletter.
I finished an AI course I’d been talking about on social media. I’m exploring how AI can speed up parts of portfolio writing, idea generation, and solo design work. I’ll definitely share more on that soon.
I’m craving to share more behind-the-scenes and raw stories. Not just the polished advice, but the messy, real parts of being a designer, creator, and business owner.
